This position's overall objective is to provide high-quality craftsmanship in electrical assembly techniques, contributing to a team focused on achieving industry-leading cycle times, delivering superior quality, and reducing per-unit costs to drive operational success.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing workmanship on production projects, including large line-ups and complex sections, in all areas of assembly.
• Installing electrical components and devices onto pans and into enclosures according to drawings, guides, and instructions from the Engineering Department.
• Preparing and installing electrical components such as switches, meters, breaker cells, breakers, nameplates, sensors, etc., by reading and understanding drawings and documents to meet deadlines.
• Using equipment and tools safely and properly, including overhead cranes, pallet jacks, tilt tables, saw horses, stools, ladders, drills, hand tools, and power tools.
• Interpreting electrical specifications to determine component parts, methods, and sequencing.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area by following safety procedures, rules, and quality standards, and seeking guidance from senior team members as needed.

Completing necessary paperwork such as Quality Check Lists to maintain operational excellence.
