Job summary

AVL USA INC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Electrical Assembler for 2nd shift to support assembling and installing industrial electrical equipment based on drawings and specifications.

Candidates should have 3+ years in electrical assembly in an industrial setting, be proficient with hand tools, and able to install wiring, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution components in accordance with blueprints and codes.

Qualifications

• Follow drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete industrial electrical equipment installations.
• Install, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, network and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Install and connect switchgear, transformers, power distribution panels, batteries, and electrical control systems.
• Knowledge of Electrical Power Circuits.
• Experience using hand tools like wrenches, handsaws, cable strippers, and power tools to perform tasks required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Electrical Assembly within an Industrial Environment.
