Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Control Panel Assembler to assemble, wire, and test electrical panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses in York, PA. The role requires reading schematics, mounting components, and performing final assembly with attention to quality.

The position is a first shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities on Fridays. A strong background in electrical assembly and testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with control panel building, electrical assembly, or panel wiring.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Electrical or electronics schooling is preferred.
• ISO 9001, panel testing, or wire harness experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses.

Control Panel Assembler / Electrical Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler

1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Control Panel Assembler / Electrical Panel Builder to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses using schematics, blueprints, and standard work instructions. This role is ideal for someone with electrical assembly experience and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Mount components, perform panel wiring, and complete final assembly.
• Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters and other test equipment.

Pay

$24-$28/hr based on experience

Work Environment

Large manufacturing facility operating under ISO 9001:2015 standards. Regular schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
