As an Electrical Assembler, you'll help build and assemble critical power management and control systems used in data centers, utilities, and industrial power applications. Starting Pay Rate: $22.00hourly Shift:6:00am - 2:30pm
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, routing, connecting, and testing electrical components and subassemblies used in large form switch gear assembling for data center applications. Working from work instructions, visual aids, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams, the electrical assembler works as part of a collaborative manufacturing team and ensures products are built safely, accurately, and in accordance with quality and customer specifications.
Assemble, wire, and install electrical components, wiring harnesses, control panels, and electromechanical subassemblies. Interpret and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. Perform inspections and functional testing to ensure product quality and adherence to workmanship standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, measurement instruments, and testing equipment safely and effectively. Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation. Identify, document, and communicate assembly discrepancies, defects, or process‑related concerns. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve production schedules, quality objectives, and operational goals. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of one year of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, electrical installation, HVAC systems, or a related technical field preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Working knowledge of electrical components, wiring practices, termination methods, and assembly processes. Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and focus on workplace safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
