Job summary

Dynamic Ratings Inc. is seeking Electrical Assemblers to join our team. The role involves wiring panels, mounting components, wire cutting and stripping, crimping, and basic quality testing to meet safety and quality standards.

You will perform some assembly of controls and must be able to read electrical schematics, work with DIN rails, switches, relays, and terminal blocks, and meet productivity targets. A high school diploma is required, with technical college education a plus, and the

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; technical college is a plus.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, including wire stripping and cutting.
• Familiarity with common panel components, including DIN rail, switches, relays, terminal blocks.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proven ability to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Solid Microsoft PC skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

The Role

Due to continued growth in our business, Dynamic Ratings is seeking Electrical Assemblers to join our team! The Electrical Assembler assembles and performs basic electrical tests of our products to meet standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Products are standardized as are assembly methods.

What You'll Do

• Wiring of panels and mounting components on panels, wire cutting & stripping, crimping, and some quality testing of finished assemblies
• Some assembly of controls
