Job summary

Butech Bliss is seeking an Electrical Assembler to interpret blueprints and assemble equipment, including control panels and sub-assemblies, for our Salem, VA facility.

You will read schematics, install wiring, and test products to ensure proper function. Overtime and field service work may be required. Must supply own basic hand tools; join a team focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience assembling complex machinery focusing on electrical wiring, control system components, and panel building.
• Able to read and work from blueprints and schematics.
• Basic experience with PLC startup, I/O checkout, and general machine control troubleshooting.
• Basic mechanical assembly skills including installation of conduit, simple welding, positioning of components.
• Experience with overhead cranes/hoists and handling large components.
• Willingness to work overtime including Saturdays and occasional field service work.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience with overhead cranes/hoists and comfortable working with large, heavy components.
• Motivated with the ability towork towards deadlines.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a small team.
• Must supply own toolbox with basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work overtime including Saturdays and occasional field service work.
