Job summary

MB Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Muncy, seeks an Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble electrical and electro-mechanical components, interpret blueprints, and test assemblies to ensure quality.

You will work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, calibrate as needed, and help maintain safety standards. A GED or high school diploma is required; experience with basic tooling and measurements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints or schematics is essential.
• Ability to work with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical or electro-mechanical parts and subassemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written directions.
• Operate hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Inspect and test assemblies, diagnose issues, and calibrate as needed.

Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized functions in the assembly of electrical or electro-mechanical parts, assembly groups and arrangements to build primary truck products or paint equipment components.
• Work with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, or written/verbal directions.
• Assemble component parts, utilizing appropriate hand tools.
• Perform striping truck set up functions and initial calibration.
• Inspect and test completed component assemblies and diagnose malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Perform specialized functions in the assembly of electrical or electro-mechanical parts, assembly groups and arrangements to build primary truck products or paint equipment components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, or written/verbal directions.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
