Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must obtain and renew annually a State approved Electrical Apprentice License (TX).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain and test electrical equipment and wiring in commercial/industrial settings.
• Prepare work area for equipment installation.
• Install electrical components as required by code and job specs.
• Connect wiring and equipment according to code and specifications.
• Keep work area, tools and equipment clean and organized at all times.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment.
• Assist in wire pulls, mounting and strapping tasks.
• Comply with safety requirements at all times.
• Ensure work quality meets NEC and company standards.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude and adhere to company policies.
• Perform related duties to support project completion and department operations.
