The program is offered on a first‑come, first‑serve basis with limited slots each semester, and enrollment follows a 90‑day probationary period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
• Employees must complete their 90‑day new hire probationary period to be considered for enrollment.
• Progression through the program will require completion of OSHA 10 certification and yearly milestones.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of electrical and general labor tasks.
• Handle materials and maintain clean job sites.
• Assist with site preparation, wire pulling, terminations, and clean‑up.
• Review and understand blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including underground and rough‑in installations.
• Support journeyman electricians with complex tasks.
• Promote and maintain a "Safety First" workspace.
• Maintain a commitment to 40‑hour work weeks and uphold workplace safety standards.
• Year 1: Develop basic electrical skills and safe work habits.
• Year 2: Expand knowledge of blueprints, wire pulling, and terminations.
• Year 3: Demonstrate proficiency in complex tasks and installations.
• Year 4: Exhibit a thorough understanding of electrical systems.
