Job summary

Allied Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to learn under journeymen and foremen, gaining hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.

You will work from conduit installation to reading blueprints, with opportunities to develop skills in wiring, panels, and fire alarm systems while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of Allied Electric’s apprenticeship program through completion.
• Obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification by the end of the 4th year of apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems and conduits according to blueprints.
• Read MEP drawings and schematics to ensure code-compliant installation.
• Assist journeymen and foremen on projects and maintain a safe workspace.
