Job summary

Haley Mechanical is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to join our growing electrical team in Michigan. This role offers hands-on training alongside experienced electricians, with opportunities for professional growth and a long-term career in the trade.

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience, with full-time employment and benefits including free health insurance. A take-home van with gas card and dispatch from home are included to support field work.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience required.
• Residential service and maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the guidance of licensed electricians as needed.
• Diagnose common residential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment.
• Conduct electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with local codes and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on electrical system needs and recommendations.
• Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately.
