Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Electrical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Dependable and ready to work with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is expected.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of electrical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
• Must be able to comply with company drug-testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced electricians and service technicians on electrical service calls.
• Help install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Learn to inspect and test electrical components.
• Assist with planned maintenance and installations.
• Learn how to communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Help keep service vehicles stocked and organized.
• Properly use and care for company tools and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and electrical industry standards.
• Participate in training, meetings, and workshops to continue developing your skills.
