Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking an Apprentice to gain on-the-job training in the electrical trade under supervision of licensed electricians. The role covers installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings in Tennessee.

Responsibilities include assisting with installations, reading drawings, using electrical hand tools, wiring and cable management, troubleshooting, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program or comparable
• Candidate should have 1-2 years' experience in electrical construction
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installations alongside licensed electricians
• Read electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications
• Handle tools and equipment such as wire cutters, pliers, and drills
• Assist in wiring, cable management, and conduit routing
• Troubleshoot and support repairs under supervision
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE
• Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members and clients for project coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
