Qualifications

• Must pass drug test, background screen and MVR.
• Enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program or comparable.
• 1–2 years’ experience in electrical construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installations alongside licensed electricians.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Handle wiring, cable management, and basic installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and document work performed.
• Maintain records of materials and changes to systems.
• Continuously learn and develop skills in electrical trade.
• Collaborate with team, contractors, and clients.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
