Job summary

Eck Services, now part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking an Apprentice Electrical to gain hands‑on paid experience inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems under a licensed journeyman.

You will learn to educate customers on products and services, follow established scripts, and develop the skills needed to advance toward expert technician roles across the national platform.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical documents and explain concepts clearly.
• Mathematical skills including basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, ratios.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning to troubleshoot issues.
• Comfort with computers, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Physical stamina to lift equipment and work outdoors.
• Eagerness to learn from journeymen while growing in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Attend apprenticeship classes and pass classroom and hands-on assessments.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace electrical systems with a journeyman.
• Educate customers on products, repairs, and services to enhance electrical systems.
• Follow scripts and procedures for a consistent customer experience.
• Develop skills daily to build a long-term career in the trade.
