Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; enrollment in accredited apprenticeship program or willingness to enroll.
• Experience or interest in electrical trade is preferred but not required.
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical installations alongside experienced electricians, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting.
• Support in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance tasks as directed by senior team members.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Learn and comply with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Operate tools and equipment safely under supervision.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Participate in testing and inspections to verify system integrity.
