Qualifications

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet requirements of Apprentice in Watson Apprenticeship School with weekly off-hours class attendance.
• Assist team with basic maintenance, repair, installation, and operations.
• Prepare tools, materials and equipment for daily tasks; maintain tools per guidelines.
• Support housekeeping and organizational tasks for a safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and learn new processes and equipment, including OSHA standards.
• Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, transporting materials, and monitoring supplies.
• Document and report issues to supervisors as required.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
• Work on installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems.
• Complete final apprenticeship test with at least 80% passing score
