Nichols Electrical Contracting Inc., locally known as Nichols Electric & Plumbing, is seeking an Electrical Apprentice in Rochester, NY. This full-time role offers on-the-job training to develop skills toward becoming a fully qualified Service Technician/Expert.

Responsibilities include assisting with residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, learning safety protocols, and maintaining organized tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced electrical technicians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Learn and apply industry safety protocols and best practices under supervision.
• Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously develop your technical skills.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked technician van and warehouse materials as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project goals.
