Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Faith Apprentice I to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and specialty systems at customer sites. This role emphasizes safety, adherence to NEC, and hands-on learning on diverse projects within our culture of care.

As a First Year Apprentice, you will travel to customer premises, assist with material handling, and support more experienced team members while developing core electrical skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1.
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
