Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Faith Apprentice I in Alabama to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and specialty systems at customer sites. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-time project delivery, with hands-on experience under NEC guidelines.

You will travel frequently, work 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday, and may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs. Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship Level 1 is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1.
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Makes sure to follow company policies and safety rules.
• Maintains OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
