Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Apprentice in Douglas, WY to support licensed electricians with installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of commercial electrical systems.

Under the direction of a Licensed Electrician, you will perform maintenance tasks, read schematics, and follow safety protocols, contributing to a range of electrical projects while pursuing professional development opportunities with the Loenbro team.

Qualifications

2-4 years electrical apprenticeship preferred.
Knowledge of electrical codes.
Ability to understand schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

The Electrician Apprentice will assist the Electrician with basic tasks.
Complete maintenance work orders on electrical equipment; test, identify defects, troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts.
Collaborate with other electrical staff to identify and resolve problems.
Keep personal equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
