Job summary

Mission Critical Solutions in Tampa, FL seeks an Electrical Apprentice for a full-time, four-year IEC-affiliated program starting Winter/Spring 2026. The role combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction.

You will work Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with evening classes; duties include installing, repairing wiring, reading blueprints, and adhering to NEC/OSHA standards. A high school diploma and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship training preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute electrical drawings and code specs.
• Must enroll in IEC program; currently enrolled candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, or replace electrical wiring and components.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with OSHA.
• Work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Meet schedule includes overtime and variable shifts.
