Job summary

InfraServices is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to support installation of electrical equipment, conductors, meters, and conduit under the supervision of a Journeyman or Master Electrician. You’ll follow OSHA safety policies, utilize PPE, and help read wiring diagrams.

The role emphasizes learning electrical codes and practical field skills, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience while growing in a safety-first culture. Linux-friendly familiarity with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related trade school is acceptable.
• 1-2 years electrical experience and knowledge of codes/licensing.
• Must have OSHA Construction 10-hour safety training card and First Aid/CPR.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation of electrical equipment incl. cabinets, meters, conduit, wiring.
• Follow safety policies (OSHA, PPE); ensure a clean, organized site.
• Read simple drawings, use testing equipment, and assist with grounding/bonding.
• Document work and assist with tool/method standardization.
• Support senior electricians and perform duties as assigned.
