Job summary

Qualifications

Must pass entry exam for joining Apprenticeship Program of Watson
Ability to travel to required locations as needed
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing manual tasks
Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assist team members with basic maintenance, repair, installation, and operational activities.
Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks as directed by supervisors and maintain tools within company guidelines.
Follow instructions and safety guidelines while learning new processes and equipment.
Work with installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems
Completion of final test for Apprenticeship at a minimum of 80% passing score
