Job summary

SMSI Group is seeking a motivated 2nd-4th Year Electrical Apprentice in Springfield, MO. You will gain hands-on experience alongside experienced electricians while developing technical skills and progressing in your electrical career.

Compensation is hourly and depends on experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Progress through 2nd-4th year electrical apprenticeship with hands-on training.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.
• Develop technical skills under experienced electricians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Assist with repair work under supervision.
