Overview

RemX Search is seeking a skilled I&E Technician to join a leading water and process technology team in Pasco, WA. This is a hands-on role supporting industrial water treatment systems with instrumentation and electrical responsibilities.

Salary: $83,554.00-$107,000.00

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment, motors, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, analyzers, and transmitters
• Perform calibration and testing of instruments and valve positioners
• Assist with spare parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and plant operations
• Act as backup operator in emergencies
• Maintain safety and plant housekeeping

Requirements

• 2-year Technical School degree preferred OR 3+ years of industrial E&I experience
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation and control systems (RO, DM, UF, EDI, ZLD, or thermal desalination a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely at heights with PPE
• Must pass pre-employment 5-panel drug test
