Zen Sherpa LLC in Kentucky is seeking an Electrical & Control Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls. You will drive reliability, modernization, and safe operation across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities include directing PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial network architecture; approving designs and documentation; managing capital projects; and mentoring staff to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in electrical, automation, or control systems engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Proven success leading engineering teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical, controls, and automation engineering staff.
• Oversee electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation, and automation systems.
