Job summary

Warehouse Repair Solutions Llc is seeking a skilled Forklift Technician to join our dealership service center, where you will diagnose and repair vehicles and operate the dealership’s computer software. You should be comfortable with extensive vehicle systems knowledge and a persistent, problem-solving attitude to deliver reliable solutions for customers.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and clear communication with customers and technicians alike.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Strong customer service and communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
Conduct in-depth inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
