Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in regulatory/analytical work OR Associate degree with 6+ years OR HS diploma with 8+ years experience.
• Master's degree preferred in relevant study fields.
• CPA/IA/PE licensure or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing direct and rebuttal testimony for regulatory matters.
• Respond to discovery requests and assist witnesses in hearings.
• Prepare regulatory analyses on revenue requirements, cost of service, and rate design.
