Qualifications

• Experience in electric utility staking or field work.

• Ability to travel and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform field surveys and staking for power line construction.
• Work with GPS, AutoCAD, and GIS software.
• Draft and design utility infrastructure layouts with landowners and team members.
• Prepare staking sheets, construction drawings, and material lists.
• Coordinate with landowners, engineers, project managers and permitting agencies (TxDOT).
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, safety codes, and company protocols.
• Maintain field records and equipment; travel to job sites as needed.
