Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical field.
• Three years relevant utility industry experience required.
• Five years relevant experience may be considered without degree; Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company as the single point of contact with customers, builders, and developers regarding service requests.
• Provide engineering services on projects generated internally (reliability, planning, replacement).
• Engineer and design facilities to provide electric and gas service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Create construction designs per Company standards and policies; understand customer billing policies.
• Obtain approvals, easements, and rights‑of‑way for service contracts, permits, releases, plats and records.
• Assist in evaluating new business projects for revenue, costs, and customer contributions.
• Perform field inspections and prepare material and labor estimates, plats and drawings for proposed work; use Company systems.
