Job summary

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring Foremen for duct bank and manhole project work in the Richmond, VA area. The Foreman will manage job-site operations, uphold safety, and ensure quality and productivity across crews.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, setting daily goals, coordinating with customers, and coaching teammates to meet project timelines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience in construction, including duct bank and manhole installation.
• Valid Class A CDL strongly preferred.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired.
• Knowledge of shoring and concrete estimation is required.
• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers.
• Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator is desired.

Description

Team Fishel , the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring Foremen for duct bank / manhole project work in the Richmond, VA area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
• Competent Person Training in trenching and excavation
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
• Basic aerial placement is desired
• Three years related experience in construction, including duct bank and manhole installation
• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
• Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator is desired
• Knowledge of shoring and concrete estimation
• Knowledge of manhole installation
