Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Foremen for duct bank project work in the Powhatan, VA area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and be accountable for quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

1. Review plans and permits
2. Establish daily crew goals
3. Communicate with customer
4. Monitor progress
5. Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
2. Competent Person Training in trenching and excavation
3. Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
4. Basic aerial placement is desired
5. Three years related experience in construction, including duct bank and manhole installation
6. Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
7. Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator is desired
8. Knowledge of shoring and concrete estimation
