Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 3+ years electric utility or telecommunications field experience preferred.
• Experience with substation, overhead, and underground utility construction is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record. Vaccination or background checks may be required per client.

Responsibilities

• Perform field services for construction of substations, overhead and underground power facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, drawings, and project specifications.
• Provide detailed reporting of site conditions and contractor progress.
• Coordinate material packages and outages as required.
• Support project managers, engineers, and stakeholders with site inspections and issue resolution.
• Lead site safety culture and participate in JHAs.
