Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Tour Guide in Fremont, CA to operate an electric 62-passenger shuttle on pre-determined routes while serving as a tour guide on trips.

You will perform safety checks, assist riders, and coordinate with dispatch, delivering excellent customer service throughout the day. A CDL and DOT readiness are required for this permanent, full-time position, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations
• Familiarity with navigation apps and route planning
• Maintain electronic logs and incident records
• Strong communication with dispatch and riders

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols, schedules and routes
• Act as tour guide during trips
• Perform vehicle safety checks and address issues
• Interact professionally with riders and dispatch
• Assist riders with transfers, delays, and schedules
• Charge the electric shuttle at day end
