Job summary

Circuit is hiring a Driver Ambassador in Costa Mesa to safely operate our electric shuttles and engage riders with local insights. You’ll be the friendly face who makes every ride a positive, safe experience while promoting our sustainable transportation mission.

You’ll drive various electric vehicles, perform pre/post inspections, and maintain top-tier customer service in a dynamic outdoor setting, with some night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver's license required
• Strong customer service mindset with the public
• Comfortable using GPS and mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service around the community while making sure locals and tourists get to where they need to go safely
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome
• Assure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including GEMS, Sedans and Vans
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by doing pre and post vehicle inspections
