Job summary

Circuit in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Driver Ambassador on a full-time basis to greet riders, share local knowledge, and ensure safe, enjoyable trips around the city. You’ll drive electric shuttles, engage with passengers, and represent Circuit’s friendly community-first ethos on every ride.

Responsibilities include safe driving, delivering excellent customer service, and helping passengers find destinations while keeping vehicles clean and well-maintained. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required
• A passion for customer service and working with the public
• Excited about showcasing the community
• Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications
• A chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially is a plus
• Ability to work nights and weekends is a plus
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including summer/winter months

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service around the community while making sure locals and tourists get to where they need to go safely
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome
• Assure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including GEMS, Sedans and Vans (some vehicles with or without power steering)
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by doing pre and post vehicle inspections
