Job summary

Circuit is seeking a Driver Ambassador in Watertown, MA to operate our electric shuttles across the city and represent the brand to locals and visitors. You’ll greet riders, share city highlights, and ensure a safe, friendly ride on every trip.

Responsibilities include safe driving with pre/post inspections, assisting passengers, and delivering excellent customer service while working a flexible schedule. This full-time role offers a base hourly rate plus tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license
• Passion for customer service and excited about showcasing the community
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including summer/winter months
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service around the community while making sure locals and tourists get to where they need to go safely
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome
• Assure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including passenger Vans
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by doing pre and post vehicle inspections
