Job summary

Emory Electric is seeking electric service technicians to join our team in South Carolina. CDL license a big plus, and a valid driver’s license is required. This is a full-time position with benefits offered and opportunities for growth.

You will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, confirm code compliance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs. Emory Electric has been in business for over 40 years and works with Ascension Property Services

Qualifications

• Good work ethic and reliable team member.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Pass mandatory background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; CDL a plus.
• Electrical certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes
• Determine condition of electrical equipment, trouble shoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs.
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and remodel projects.
• Test and work with various voltages, i.e. 12-24 volt, 48-volt DC, 120/240 volt, 120/208 volt, 277/480 volt.
• Treat clients with the highest level of respect and work to develop a partnership.
