Randstad USA in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring a warehouse picker to select cases, bags and other refrigerated product from multi-level racks to fill customer orders. You will move pallets to the loading dock and prepare shipments, using a Power Jack and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Shift is Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to finish, with pay at $20 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, passing a PIT safety test, and adhering to dress code and safety

Job Description: The primary function of this position is to select cases, bags and other containers of refrigerated foods (meat, dairy, produce) to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric Power Jack, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment.

• Review work schedule, obtain Vox audio communication system, tools and supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
• Perform a safety check on Power Jack / Forklift to be used and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
• Shift time is Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to finish. There will be a 30 day Review of Attendance, Safety, Efficiency and Quality. If hired, pay would increase to $20/hr plus $1 shift differential Pay rate.
