Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take instructions from supervisors for order picking tasks.
• Assist in loading/unloading items from delivery trucks.
• Prepare pallets and label/pack items appropriately.
• Perform pre-checks on electric pallet jacks to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain pallet jacks and forklifts regularly.
• Select and verify items from storage per order sheets.
• Count items and report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor.
• Transport items to labeling/quality control areas using electric pallet jacks.
• Ensure items are boxed and properly labeled for shipment.
• Move items to delivery pallets promptly and safely.
• Report any incidents or accidents to supervision immediately.
• Clear empty containers from picking locations after tasks.
• Support replenishment of pick locations and general warehousing duties.
• Label, sort, and store picked products; assemble boxes as required.
