Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking experienced Electric Motor Winders in Corpus Christi, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and rewind various electromechanical motors, review work orders, and ensure reliable operation of critical industrial equipment across multiple projects.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate ($24.00–$34.00, DOE), overtime options, and a relocation package: up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement, $1,950 housing stipend, and a $4,000 signing/retention

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industrial experience.
• 5+ years of motor winding experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical motors.
• Review work orders, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Manage multiple repair projects simultaneously.
• Disassemble motors, evaluate components, and identify failures.
• Wind copper coils and insulation materials.
