Qualifications

• 1–3 years in electrical/mechanical repair or motor shop experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, and random drug tests.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify equipment needing repair (AC/DC motors, generators, armatures, transformers, coils).
• Document external data for equipment or winding.
• Diagnose and test equipment for malfunctions using diagnostic equipment.
• Dismantle equipment and collect internal data.
• Identify and document internal winding data and convert per EASA guidelines.
• Remove old winding from core or bobbin and wind coils or wires.
• Prepare insulation, test results, and coating processes.
• Perform final electrical and mechanical tests and document results.
• Ensure proper setup for insulation and windings.
