Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of experience or relevant training (EASA/military).
• Strong diagnostics, repair, and safety practices at a skilled trades level.
• Ability to document testing and follow proper procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, etc.
• Use meters and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement.
• Perform failure analysis, document findings, and identify/reassemble parts.
• Provide in-house and on-site repairs; follow OEM, EASA, and customer specs.
• Maintain records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks.
• Follow safety practices in mechanical and electrical work.
