Job summary

Integrated Magnetics in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to build electric motor stators and rotors on site. You will follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, using hand tools and electrical test equipment to assemble, test, and inspect completed parts.

You must maintain safety, keep a clean workspace, document work accurately, and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues; overtime may be required; pre-employment

Qualifications

• Experience coil winding and assembly of motor stators preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Commitment to safety and company policies.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions/operating procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electric motor stators and rotors per drawings and specs.
• Test and inspect assemblies to meet specifications.
• Document work accurately and maintain a clean work area.
