Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years in electric traction motors, drive units, power electronics, transmissions, controls, calibration, or hardware development.
• Experience with test methods, calibration, and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development test units through setup, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Monitor testing progress and communicate risks and results to stakeholders.
• Develop and improve first-time-capable test procedures for calibration, validation, and hardware development.
• Lead diagnosis and root-cause investigations during test setup and execution.
• Collaborate with PDTs and cross-functional teams to enhance test methods and create new capabilities.
• Develop automated data analysis and post-processing tools to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Create and implement global test procedures and standard work processes.
• Support virtual development activities via physics-based modeling and data analytics.
• Mentor and train new engineers to grow technical capabilities.
