You will evaluate and implement productivity tools, develop technical instruction, review designs for quality, prepare cost estimates, and manage complex projects. Collaboration with CAD governance, survey teams, and construction consultants will streamline processes and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, engineers, outside agencies, supervisors, and managers regarding electric distribution and transmission services.
• Evaluate, analyze, and implement productivity tools, including hardware, software, and training.
• Develop and deliver technical instruction and production support to improve automation efforts and overall performance.
• Review designs for completeness, accuracy, and quality; prepare cost estimates and perform project management on complex projects.
• Assist with system development and enhancements; coordinate with CAD Governance and survey teams to ensure design accuracy.
