We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks an Engineering Co-op in Electric Distribution in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The program starts January 2027 or May 2027 and requires full-time presence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with graduation after June 2027.
• Minimum GPA 2.8.
• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Complete at least two work terms before graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the electric distribution system.
• Co-ops may work in areas such as Materials & Standards, Inspection & Maintenance, Planning Support, System Protection, or Reliability.
• One consecutive Full-Time Work Term (One Summer and School Semester), and another Full-Time Summer term.
