Job summary

Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, invites students to join our Summer Engineering Intern program in Milwaukee, WI. The Intern - Power Generation Civil Engineering role offers hands-on experience supporting the operation, maintenance, performance and optimization of our District Energy Site, with mentoring from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a graduation date after July 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steam equipment within manholes and tunnels
• Troubleshooting operation and maintenance issues
• Failure investigation
• Project support & site visits
• Assist in managing small projects
