Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Electrical Control Panel Assembler in California to join our production team. You will assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels used in large industrial systems, reading schematics and BOMs, and maintaining safety and 5S standards.

This role offers OT opportunities in a stable manufacturing environment with growth potential and collaboration with engineering. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of panel assembly experience and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience building and wiring industrial electrical control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
• Experience reading diagrams and BOMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures according to engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Perform functional testing and quality checks on completed control panels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and company safety standards.
• Assist with other production and assembly activities as needed.
• Work closely with engineering and inventory teams to ensure accurate and efficient builds.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our production team. This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels used in large industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions.

Experience in control enclosures wiring assembly is required.
